THE PHASE 1 DRILL PROGRAM IS COMPLETE. DRILLING @ LOOKOUT & TRIO WILL ADD TO THE PRESENTLY DEFINED RESOURCE OF 1,800,000 TONS GRADING 0.117 G/T AU, 1.37 OZ/T AG, 1.5% CU, AND 2.64% ZN. A TOTAL OF $1,500,000 HAS BEEN SPENT THUS FAR, PRIMARILY ON DIAMOND DRILLING UTILIZING TWO RIGS. THE PHASE 2 DRILLING WILL FOCUS ON INCREASING THE RESOURCE ON LOOKOUT AND TRIO AS WELL AS TESTING ADDITIONAL TARGETS ON THE PROPERTY (8-97).
