| Deposit | NEVER CLAIMED. IN 1976 A LANDING WAS MADE AT PRECARIOUS SPOT TO EXAMINE A PROMINENT IRONSTAINED ZONE. THE PILOT PRODUCED A ROCK FRAGMENT THAT CONTAINED EITHER MOLYBDENUM OR GRAPHITE. HIGH WINDS FORCED AN IMMEDIATE RETREAT AND THE ROCK FRAGMENT WAS LOST. SNOW CONDITIONS PRECLUDED A LANDING IN 1977. NO ALASKA KARDEX. |
