Deposit THIS AREA WAS VISITED IN 1993. THERE WERE NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF PAST MINING. THE AREA LOOKS LIKE AN OLD CLEARCUT. PUMICE IS OVER 4 FT THICK IN ROADCUT.
