THE MILS DATA IN THE "INITIAL YEAR OF PRODUCTION" FIELD, IS THE YEAR OF START-UP. ALL DATA IN THIS DATA BASE LISTING IS BASED ON THE 1987 AL AVAILABILITY AND NETWORK SUPPLY MODEL. TRANSPORTATION RECORDS 01, 02 WERE USED IN THE AVAILABILITY STUDY. RECORDS 01, 03 WERE USED IN THE NETWORK SUPPLY MODEL STUDY. |
