THERE IS POSSIBILITY THAT SOME OF BAUXITE FEED FOR REFINERY/ SMELTER COULD COME FROM OVERSEAS. IN 1979: ZAIRE OFFERED POWER RATE OF 4 MILLS($.004)/KWH, ALUSUISSE WANTS RATE OF 1.5 MILLS($.0015)/KWH.
