| Deposit | ROASTER TO REVERBERATORY FURNACES. 12TPH ISASMELT REACTOR TO REPLACE REVERBERATORY FURNACES. IN 1992, A NEW $100 MILLION ISAMELT FURNACE WAS INSTALLED AT THE MT ISA SMELTER, IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE SMELTING CAPACITY WILL INCREASE FROM 180,000 TPY TO 210,000 MTPY. NO CURRENT HAS BEEN LOCATED AS OF JUNE 27, 1994 THAT CAN CONFIRM AN INCREASE IN PRODUCTION. |
