Comments on the geologic information

  • Geologic Description = A sample of iron-stained carbonate-chorite schist contained 1 percent Cu, 5 ppm Ag, 200 ppm Zn, and 12 ppm Bi (Gamble, 1988). Bedrock is part of a metavolcanic assemblage thought to be Ordovician in age (Till and others, 1986).
