  • Report (EMJ, v. 62, Aug. 8, 1896, p. 135) states mine extended to 700 ft in length.
  • "Improvements listed on the 1880 King patent included a 100-ft tunnel with a 60-ft-deep shaft. A later report (EM&J, v. 62, Aug. 8, 1896, p. 135) stated that the mine had been extended to 700 ft in length." (RI-50, p. 25).
