| Environmental Factors | South of Greys River opposite Higby Creek is an impressive slide and avalanche debris. |
| General | Visted on Mon. Aug. 9, 2010 by Anna Wilson and Bill Heran (USGS). Comment's from Wilson's field notes: "No visible ore" (we were looking for mines, not quarries). "Probably a quarry for the pale gray to yellowish sandstone with veinlets." Noted that there was no carbonate because the samples did not fizz with HCl. |
